Obama to Attend Istanbul Alliance of Civilizations Forum

Newspapers throughout the Middle East are excitedly proclaiming that a new era of relations have begun as President Obama is to take part in the Istanbul Alliance of Civilizations forum.

Read the articles
here, here, here, here, and here.

Yet the major news media in the United States reports the visit to be a roundtable discussion with students. See Fox, NBC, and ABC news coverage. Forbes Online is the only U.S. media giving the Istanbul Conference the accurate coverage it deserves--good work Forbes! It looks as though the big three are merely reporting what the White House has provided.

It appears as though the White House wants to keep a low profile within the United States where the Alliance of Civilizations is concerned. President Obama may be having a roundtable with students, but I expect his audience will look more like this.

How strange --- to sit here and imagine whats in store for us --- leaves me awestruck. My God, look whats solidifying. The powers of darkness are readying to initiate the final holocaust. The folks that i tell this to have deaf ears. This is like a twi-light zone experience to me. God be with us all. Lord work a good work in us and help us to strenghten the things that remain, amen. Blessings.. to you and yours rich. Hosanna in the highest. Thanks for the information. This is tony, bye.

Hi Rich, Appreciate your continuing efforts to inform on this important topic. You might find Erica Carle's most recent article of interest, entitled "Spiritual Reorganization of the Civilized World", April 4, 2009, at www.newswithviews.com.

My sister-in-law sent me an email thanking me for referring her to the article by Erica Carle I recommended previously. She goes on to say, "I anticipate true Christians becoming increasingly marginalized in society the next coming years. If you look at some links on my blog you will see Christians trying to form communities out side of 'Babylon' /these people are my friends and we are increasingly alarmed at what we see happening in terms of potential for global governance in the upcoming years. Time to 'watch and Pray'" By the way her outstanding blog is at: www.livingskies.wordpress.com.

Dorothy Margraf directed me to a web site called Atlas Shrugs. I put a link to under Farmer's link. It has material worthwhile reading.

Farmer's blog has the mythological link to Obama's visit to Istanbul for the AoC where he received a "phoenix" idol and how he correlates that to the earthquake in Aquila, Italy which happened the first day of the AoC conference.

Rich, will we be able to find out what REALLY went on at this meeting? What they discussed & signed?

NOTE:
An earthquake could signify God's displeasure OR it could be a manipulated man-made quake to display power & control.

Reviewing organizations that have come to our attention in the past is an always needed ongoing job. The Temple of Understanding at the UN is one of those.

The New Age movement is a large network of organizations, each giving power and prestige to those who join with it. These networks operate out of the public eye, but they are meant to influence how all of us perceive the world around us.

http://www.templeofunderstanding.org/
headed by
Alison Van Dyk, Chairman
Executive Director, Temple of Understanding

How did she get there? She was involved with
http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Women_of_Vision_and_Action
http://tinyurl.com/clhuer
a Who's Who of women involved in the New Age movement.

Looking under Adult Education at the TOU website I found
"Collaborations..
Consultation for Interfaith Education (CIE) was formed by TOU in 2002, a result of our commitment to advancing the field of interfaith education. This consortium of 12 religious and interfaith organizations facilitates network building among interfaith educators and provides opportunities for collaboration on methodologies and curricular issues. Past activities include sponsorship of international and domestic conferences and monthly meetings. The CIE also provides a forum for speakers on faith-related subjects and serves as a clearing house for interfaith educational resources. See www.globalinterfaithed.org for more information."

Paul and Diane Temple who Constance Cumbey has extensively written about are on the Council of Trustees at the TOU.

Dr. Karan Singh, International Chair and
Temple of Understanding President, India Chapters
is on the Board of Trustees. He wrote an article called A Historic Election praising the new US president, Obama, which appears on the TOU website.

Who is the VP at TOU? John D. Miller, a heavy finance man who earns about three quarters of a million according to Forbes.

The Temple of Understanding is a powerhouse New Age organization. Who will volunteer to do further research?

Curious,

I also find Farmer's blog post very interesting but it is outside of my area of knowledge so I am not comfortable speculating. I will say that imagery of the phoenix is used by many of the new age visionaries. They believe themselves to be the phoenix that rises from the ashes once the old civilization has been decimated.

Regarding the outcomes of the Istanbul Conference, we will have to wait and see what they release for reports. The Alliance of Civilizations has been more careful what they release after the Madrid Conference. Last year the Madrid Conference was broadcast over the web so I was able to be in attendence. I was uninvited this year.

Regardless, I am planning several upcoming blog posts that will cover the advancements they've made over the past year from the Madrid action plans. In particular, I will be writing about the contract entered into by United Cities and Local Governments and the Alliance of Civilizations. I will focus on their legal arguments for a new governance structure which levels the nation state.

As Dorothy's post reminds us, these organizations have been networked and advancing common goals for years. They step in to often serve as foundations for the newer initiatives. It is important that we not take our eye off the ball where they are concerned.

HEADLINE
The curious case of 200 nearly identical MSM (main stream media) headlines

The following headlines have appeared in newspapers within the last 24 hours. This is not an inclusive list.

• Third of Illinoisans went without health insurance in last 2 years: Sun-Times
• Report: 2.5M in Michigan lacked health insurance: Chicago Tribune
• Study: 29% of Ohioans have gone without health insurance: BizJournals
• Report: More NJ residents lacking health insurance: Forbes
• Study: Many Kansans are uninsured: BizJournals
• Report tallies uninsured in Hawaii: KPUA AM 670
• Study: 1 in 3 Alabamians have no insurance: BizJournals
• 1 out of 4 NH residents lacked health insurance within last two years: WBZ
(more of the list at the website)

All of the stories were marketed by a liberal "advocacy group" called Families USA .

According to Discover the Networks,
http://www.discoverthenetworks.org
Families USA is a member of the "Progressive States Network", which works closely with (you guessed it) ACORN and the SEIU. These ultra-partisan groups have truly one agenda: big government.

So what is the true extent of the "health care crisis" continually marketed by the big government leftists? The Kaiser Family Foundation, a liberal non-profit frequently quoted by the media, puts the number of uninsured Americans who do not qualify for current government programs and make less than $50,000 a year between 13.9 million and 8.2 million. That is a much smaller figure than the media report and is also subject to "the 45% rule", wherein that percentage will transition to new jobs within a four-month time-frame.

The mainstream media's willingness to act as an unthinking public relations arm for a tiny minority of left-wing radicals is truly despicable. But it's not unexpected for an industry destined, in large part, for the black hole of bankruptcy.

More at:
http://directorblue.blogspot.com or the tiny url at the top.

including instructions on how to get the "health care crisis" to talk radio

http://tinyurl.com/chxuhp
This is the redstate.com website recommended for more information.

http://www.familiesusa.org/
is the organization behind the push.

Remember in the Wells book when he said religion would be one way used to spread the one world idea?
Here's the book on line.
http://www.mega.nu:8080/ampp/hgwells/hg_cont.htm
or http://tinyurl.com/ahpvv

Here's the connection.
http://www.familiesusa.org/resources/faith-based-resources/key-contacts.html
or http://tinyurl.com/c7n65g

Are these religious organizations being used or are they willing workers in spreading the message? Without talking with representatives of these organizations, we will never know for sure. All we can say is there is a network in place to be used to scare the population into the need for socialized medicine.

The New Age leadership that put Obama in place did their planning carefully in advance.

I put the word verification back in because too much spam (at least I think it was spam) was being added to older posts. The "spam" was in Chinese letters and the posts were full of key words which would bring to my site porn internet traffic.

If I see these posts return with word verification turned on, I will issue a complaint to Google Blogspace.

With Rich's permission I'm going beyond the AOC with information.

Many readers know Dennis Cuddy from his columns at Newswithviews. I knew he had written several books, but I put off ordering any because so many books on the New Age movement are just saying the same old things.

I took the leap and ordered "Now is the Dawning of the New Age New World Order" 1991 book, and I'm glad I did. It is truly excellent as Cuddy has pulled together a huge library of information from dozens of books ranging from the occult to the politically historical which give the historical background of the New Age New World Order system in 440 thickly packed pages.

One cannot understand what is happening now without this kind of historical background. Why? Because when we have this information we can understand the planned agenda remains unchanged and only the implementer names change. We can also see that the movement gets set back when active opponents make an effort to protect their freedoms. They keep trying and we have to keep our guard up.

For instance now we are talking about Obama's plan for community volunteer work which may or may not be mandatory depending on whether one is looking at the Senate or House bill.

In Cuddy's book we read, "It would be worth looking at President Bush's Points of Light Initiative Foundation. In early January 1990, the foundation's advisory committee issued a report recommending community and national service. Although service was supposed to be "voluntary," some of the recommendations seemed to be of a more 'mandatory-voluntary' nature. For example, the report stated that "every significant sector of American society will form and lead 'peer-to-peer pressure groups, and the Points of Light Foundation "will determine what each kind of institution (e.g., family, place of worship, etc.) can distinctively contribute to the community service movement and then persuade each such "institution" to make that contribution ...Every place of worship will be asked to make community service central to the life of their congregation."

There are 21 chapters each documenting areas of New Age from Masonry to Big Business to Education to The Grand Design and the Future.

If you consider buying this book, I would suggest Amazon, half e-bay, fetchbook.info, or
http://www.usedbooksearch.co.uk/

Be aware that the book came out in three editions, 1991, 1992 and 2000. The 2000 edition is only half the size of the earlier ones and there is a small difference between the first two editions. There are only a few cheap used editions available, so get one while you can before you want one and the price is $50.00.

Dear Dorothy,
Thanks for sharing the info about the Dennis Cuddy book.
Just ordered it from the http://scgi.half.ebay.com site at a pretty good price.
Looking forward to its arrival.
I'm really needing a book that will help some friends and family "bridge the gap", so to speak, in understanding that all of the things that are happening in the media are not as simple as a "switch in administration" in the White House- as they write it off as currently.
I appreciate the help, and I'll be following up with this information.

By His Grace,

GHW Bush's 1000 points of light certainly had a few meanings attached to it - the occultic attachement, although I have do not have hard evidence was very gruesome and diabolical.

Per Dorothy's post on the Points of Light Foundation:

"will determine what each kind of institution (e.g., family, place of worship, etc.) can distinctively contribute to the community service movement and then persuade each such "institution" to make that contribution ...Every place of worship will be asked to make community service central to the life of their congregation."

I shudder to think of what those powers of persuasion will be.

Re:"The Temple of Understanding is a powerhouse New Age organization. Who will volunteer to do further research?"

For starters, the Temple of Understanding has ties to Paul N. Temple's Institute of Noetic Sciences vis a vis Paul Temple and his wife Diane.

Diane TempleDiane Temple joined the IONS board of directors in 1975, serving as secretary until 1994 and vice-president of administration from 1975-1981. She currently serves on the boards of The Temple of Understanding in New York City, The Foundation for Inner Peace, and the Three Swallows Foundation. She also has her own interior design business in California.
